Destroy a search results page
You asked Findr how to close a pop-up. It answered with three ads and a pop-up.
What is on this page
- A consent box with a 12-step way to say no
- An AI answer that may be confident and wrong
- Three sponsored results above the first real one
- A one-tap sign-in prompt
- A request for your location, again
How to clear it fast
- On the consent box, Reject all is the small underlined link and closes it for good. Accept all is the big trap.
- The location bar works the same way: Block is small, Allow is the trap. The sign-in prompt has a × in its corner.
- This page is mostly text. Drag the laser along each line, and keep your two bombs for the results under the consent box.
